Caregiving isn’t meant to be done alone. At Entyre Care, every caregiver gets a dedicated nurse and care manager for expert guidance and personalized support.  Read how Lauren and Jackie work together to make caregiving easier and ensure families get the care they need—without added stress.

Meet Lauren & Jackie: Your Care Team

Lauren, a registered nurse, and Jackie, a care manager, work side by side to ensure caregivers and their families get a complete support system. Caregivers don’t just get one point of contact, they get two dedicated professionals working together to provide the right mix of medical guidance and emotional support.

For Lauren, nursing has always been about giving back. She loves that she’s assigned to local clients, making it easy to be there for them when they need her.

Jackie’s passion for caregiving is personal. She once cared for a family member herself and understands the emotional and physical toll it can take.

“The biggest thing for me in my nursing career was giving back and working in my community. With Entyre Care, I can do that. Our clients are close by, and that makes all the difference. You’re not just caring for a patient—you’re supporting a neighbor.”

“I got into social work because I took care of a family member myself. I know the burden and stress firsthand. That’s why this job means so much to me—because we’re truly helping people through it.”

Together, Lauren and Jackie ensure that caregivers aren’t left to figure things out alone. “A lot of other agencies send you out alone, but at Entyre Care, you have a partner. I handle the medical side, and Jackie focuses on resources, insurance, and caregiver support. That collaboration makes such a difference,” shares Lauren.

More Than Just Medical Support

Entyre Care offers more than just financial assistance. Caregivers receive expert guidance and emotional support to help them navigate this journey.

Lauren, who was also a caregiver for her grandmother with Alzheimer’s, brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her role: “I’ve been a nurse, and I’ve been a caregiver. So I always think—what would have helped me? What resources would have made a difference? That’s the approach we take with every family.”

Jackie makes sure caregivers feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way: “We remind them that they’re doing an amazing job. Caregivers give so much of themselves, and sometimes they just need someone to tell them, ‘You’re doing great, and we’re here for you.”

How the Enrollment Process Works

One of the biggest concerns caregivers have is how to get started, but the team reassures families that the process is simple and stress-free.

“Anybody can call Entyre Care if they’re interested. Our customer service team starts the conversation, gets a sense of the situation, and then connects them with a local care team,” Jackie explains.

“We do most of the paperwork. It’s not like some agency coming in and making things complicated. We make it easy, comfortable, and we’re there for the family the whole way,” Jackie adds.
